We screen users who wish to provide personal information, to prevent children from providing such information. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a child, we will delete such information from our records.

However, personal information of persons below 18 years of age may be shared by an user on behalf of his family members for the purpose of availing our services to obtain travel visas or supporting documentation related to family travel or group travel. This will be strictly used for the purpose for which it has been shared. In all such cases, it is deemed that the user has given us prior, verifiable parental or guardian consent for collecting and processing this personally identifiable information of children.
