Refund Policy

TTK Visas is a service from TTK Services Private Limited. herein, referred to as TTK.

Any refund on services you order through TTK Visas will be governed by the Refund Policy stated below. Further, some services may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy:

We shall process your Refund Request following receipt as soon as it is reasonably practicable. Response times will vary depending on the mode of payment and stated reasons for the Refund request. In any event, we shall notify you of the outcome of the request in accordance with the timelines set out in the Refund Processing Timelines.

By requesting for a Refund through an email does not guarantee the payment of refund of Service Fees. The Refund will only be approved or rejected by TTK after verification based on the Refund Eligibility Criteria.

TTK acts as a facilitator in India on your behalf. TTK cannot be held responsible for bureaucratic delays when dealing with government bodies / institutions / external agencies like Visa Application Centres, Foreign Mission, Competent Authorities, Courier service providers, etc., All tasks are done an on best effort basis only. The decision of the company will be final and binding on this matter.

* Refund Eligibility is subject to the below conditions.

  1. All requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will only be accepted and full refund will be applicable where:
    • You request a refund post placing an order, but prior to accessing the detailed checklist of documents along with the required templates / formats in your account online.
    • The order you placed cannot be taken up by TTK, after review for reasons attributed to limitations or restrictions whether external or internal that would not allow TTK to perform the services.
    • It is clear, you have been charged more than once for the same service inadvertently due to payment gateway issues or multiple tries. This includes the case wherein you have purchased a Service with due payment but were wrongly notified by the auto notification system or due to a payment gateway error that your Order has been unsuccessful or that payment has not been received.
  2. All requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will only be accepted and partial refund will be applicable where:
    • Your application is NOT yet lodged or filed with the Visa Application Centres/ Foreign Missions in India, then TTK will refund only the visa counter fee and other fees like post filing courier/ travel fees which may remain unutilized. Service fees and any other fee that is already paid or utilised will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    • Your application is NOT yet lodged or filed with the Visa Application Centres (VAC) / Foreign Missions in India after payment of any requisite fees and if there is a refund request option available with the Visa Application Centre (VAC) / Foreign Mission then TTK will place a request on your behalf or will guide you on how to place the request. On receipt of any such applicable refund from the VAC / Foreign mission to TTK’s account, we will refund the same to your account. Timelines for refund set in this policy will not apply in this case.
    • Your application is already filed or lodged with the Visa Application Centres/ Foreign Missions in India but you decided not to utilise some of the add-ons that you opted in and paid for, such as post filing courier / travel fees, then TTK will only refund the fees paid towards such unutilised add-ons. Service fees and any other fee that is already paid or utilised will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  3. Requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will not be accepted and NO REFUND will be applicable where:
    • Your application has been filed and the requested services are completed as per the filing requirements of the Visa Application Centres (VAC)/ Foreign Missions, then NO refund shall apply irrespective of the visa decision. This will include cases where your passport is expected to be delivered directly from the Foreign Mission or where a visa decision may be delivered directly via email to your registered email.

Refund Processing Timeline:

Within three (3) working days of receipt of the Refund Request, we shall notify you by e-mail of the decision on whether you are eligible for a refund or not.

In case of any additional information required from your end, we shall contact you within three (3) working days of receipt of the Refund Request. On receipt of the complete information, we shall notify you the decision over an email.

Refunds of Service Fees will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date of notifying you of the decision.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds will be processed by the same method as payment was made for these Services. For example, if payment was made via the use of a particular credit or debit card, the refund will also be done via the same credit/debit card.

If we are unable to process the refund by the same mode in which payment has been made, then we will notify you of an alternate mode of payment.

In case of payments by debit/credit card, the exact date by which the refund amount will be credited in the account of the customer’s bank card shall depend on the bank card issuer.

Chargebacks

We expect you to write to us quality (at) ttkservices (dot) com to resolve any problem or issue related to your application and payment before you make any Chargeback Request to your bank. This Section does not affect any rights which you entitled to with the issuer of a debit or credit card or bank. We will investigate any chargeback requests made by you and will duly inform the issuing bank / card service provider with the case history.
